While some filters might still be obtainable from filter shops, customers who encounter difficulties obtaining parts from their dealers may consider reaching out to WCM. Most of the time, we pleasantly surprise customers with our exceptional parts facilities.

WCM offers three distinct warranty terms:

Standard Warranty, Silver Warranty, and Golden Warranty. Typically, the Standard Warranty provides a 2-year/1000-hour coverage for loaders, tractors, forklifts, and graders, encompassing both parts and labor. However, for the Sunward skid steer loader, the standard warranty extends to 3 years/3000 hours, while the Sunward excavator enjoys a 5-year/5000-hour standard warranty.

Please note that the final warranty terms are subject to change, and they are outlined on the invoice. It's important to highlight that the Standard Warranty does not include coverage for travel to a customer's site, potentially incurring time and mileage costs.

In instances where time, travel, or specialised tools are a concern, WCM may suggest the customer bring the machine to the WCM workshop, depending on the customer's transport expenses, to expedite the process and minimise costs.

WCM offers an extensive range of both new and used heavy-duty equipment, including excavators, bulldozers, wheel loaders, small excavators, tractors, and skid steers.
